Warded to Padma and Stephen

Padma, Stephen

Thank you so fucking much for everything. The journal will take some getting used to, but it's already so much easier to write. I don't have to get my fingers all over everything to align the quill, and I can find the comments so much more quickly. Thank you, thank you. Friends like you are the only reason I'm getting through this without hating my life. Please tell me if there is anything I can do for either of you. I can't do much but I will do anything I can. Thank you again.

I told Francis.

I thought I'd feel relieved but I just feel awful. He took it very well, which just makes me feel worse.

Can you come here tomorrow please?

Warded to Ravenclaws

It's taken me almost a week, but I think I've finally figured out how to ward without looking at where my wand is and how to charm entries and comments to speak to me. The tricky bit is finding where the [we're sorry but the Dictaquill™ mark 4.2 is a family friendly writing aid] comments are and then figuring out where to put my quill.

You're all bloody geniuses, what the hell can I do?

Warded to the DA (by Michael Corner)

Hi,

This is Morag, obviously, and I just wanted to sort of update you all on what's going on and things so um Michael did it write that down cross that out cross out my ums stupid fucking Dictaquill™ no I don't want you to write it for me are you sure you know to charm each comment? do I have to tell it when to full stop? CROSS IT OUT

So basically I can't see anymore. At all. This obviously means my usefulness in the DA is now null. I would like to stay in it but I can't really think of a reason to so I understand if you'd like to remove me from wards now. Um That is all, really. I'm really sorry to those of you who have worse injuries actually all of you, regardless, and I wish I could have done more.

I can write sort of with this and Michael is trying to charm each comment to speak to me by hand but I don't know if it will work but we'll try. Getting the Dictaquill™ to the right part of the page is a task all of its own so I apologise if it takes me a little while. Thanks to everyone for the gifts. Okay, I guess that's all.

Michael could you come here again just for a bit?

Warded to Padma, Sasha, Susan, Francis

hello ladies (&Francis) -- the theatre has been chosen and I am getting started on the announcements. Francis is working on pictures of the gentlemen on auction. I was wondering if the three of you would be able to do any cooking for the event. nothing huge, I'd just like to have people eat a little while they sit and bid. I'll be bringing a cheese platter.

what time should we meet to begin decorating? I'd like to start the auction at 4pm.

• announcements, donation page (pictures?), profiles of auctioned people --> get boys together for photography; probably should not reuse calendar photographs despite likely increase in bids
• get hold of theatre manager, haggle for lower prices so extra donations can go straight to the orphanage
• catering? can bring cheese, talk to Hannah about catering rates, maybe Padma & Sasha & Susan can cook

• ask Uncle Patrick to figure out the funeral I can't do this
• keep busy busy busy busy

the show must go on

warded to Ministry & MWP participants

right. well. the auction is still going to happen. seems a bit more important now, fundraising for orphans, so.

theatre has been selected and the following people have been put down for bidding:

Francis, Will, Ron, Justin, Terry, Blaise, Mahit, Harry, Minister Shacklebolt, Percy, Andrew, Michael, Ritchie (if you are still interested), George, Neville, Zacharias, Adrian, Goldstein, Imran, Auror Savage, Tristan, Wayne

if after recent events you no longer wish to participate, please let me know and I'll remove you from the lineup. this is the last chance for anyone new to participate, as I have to set up times for rental and an agenda.

if

if anybody wants to pitch in on helping me rent the theatre that would be excellent since my father's will isn't being executed until late next week. thank you.

I don't know how to    what to do. there's supposed to be funeral arrangements or something I don't know      autopsy first I guess and then they give the body back? and how do I pay for everything. I don't even know how wills work and my allowance for the week is gone and I can't remember when ministry paychecks come and I don't have a separate bank account because daddy set it up and mum's gone and we didn't even have a funeral because we never got around to admitting she was dead and there wasn't a body but she IS dead and

bollocks I forgot to go to work today.

Warded to everyone at STMB flat

you and I should go out. I mean somewhere ordinary. as friends.

to market to market to buy a fat pig

hello.

as I have taken it upon myself to seek out new and exciting activities for charity (sadly my calendar idea was interrupted by torture and a raging battle, though I intend to finish it, never fear), I am proposing a boy wizard auction. my parents have father has agreed to rent out a theatre for an afternoon, assuming we organise in time.

what is a boy wizard auction?
a boy wizard auction is where we parade boys showcase wizards across the stage and each is bid on by young ladies (or gentlemen, I suppose) in the audience. the high bidder is entitled to a date or outing, and nothing more -- though if you decide to have a little rendezvous afterward, that's none of my business.

and how do I play?
comment below! I will take two volunteers to help me organise, as well. Susan, Padma and Sasha will be helping!

also I am taking suggestions for charities!
UPDATE: The charity in question will be an orphanage to be decided at a later date.

private to self

I remember when my life was undeniably simpler. when my greatest concern was being asked to leave the supper table because mum thought I was being revolting.

there is no afterlife. this is all I get. what am I doing with my life? sitting on the outskirts of polite society and thinking too much. the survival of the human race has never depended much on thought.

should probably put more effort into Francis. get desk job. have a relationship. get married. have babies like a proper animal obsessed with its procreation. get old. get on pension. die forgotten.

one blip in the never-ceasing heartbeat of mankind.
